3 Beams Conference for Nanofabrication

Last month, Maddison Coke, a senior technical specialist at NAME, was an invited speaker at the Electron, Ion and Photon Beam Nanofabrication conference, Denver Colorado. Commonly known as 3 beams encompassing photon, electron and ion beams, her invitation was in recognition of significant advances in FIB processing for quantum applications by the PNAME team.
The presentation highlighted the core applications of PNAME to quantum technologies such as colour centres, silicon enrichment and single ion detection. The week was packed with illuminating talks from the future of lithography, nanofabrication, and a range of beam technologies. From new connections to catching up with fellow ion beam implanters, it provided an enlightening week.
